At Beautinya, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your product.

- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions to return the product.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be refunded.
- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
